I know just how you feel. I get totally into isolation mode all the time and will not leave the house.

I force myself to go out somewhere to pick something up at the grocery store or go get a coffee so I don't become agoraphobic.

See if you can force yourself to do one little thing. It may be even a really short walk. Take baby steps and you will be able to get out of your isolation mode slowiy.
