Yeah Sept - I was also alarmed by the number of people who ranked "I understand" up there on their lists! Ok! Ok! I don't understand!!!



I thought of another one: "Let me put it to you this way". That always sounds to me as though they are REALLY saying "let me put it to you in simplistic terms that you'll actually be able to understand"

I also agree with the "I don't know", "whatever", apathetic statements. Those drive me nuts, too.
