(( SeptMorn )) Thank you for posting here...On the crying I have read that too however I am so past that and have to keep sane on the exterior due to my pets and so on around me.... my cats literally run to me when I have cried and I hate to see them stressed and omg my dog....he will jump on me and lay and lick my face....they worry and fear and whatever they do...feel my pain I am not sure but I have old cats and they don't need the stress..AND frankly its just not their ..I have had so many of these issues for maybe 5 years that I am just ...blank I fear saying this but it's like I don't have the time to cry..I am scrambling so much trying to get done and do and get for this one and do for that one. I kinda think I am far past tears....I am shell shocked in some ways I guess..but YOU ARE right ... it does help and is good for anyone.
