I was told that I was calling out of work incorrectly when I was sick
I was sick for a week- could hardly talk or swallow, saw dr
who gave me antibiotic- I filed for unemployment and got a letter
saying I qualified- I quit because I was told disciplinary action was
starting because I called out wrong-I called out 2-3 times a day
as stated in orientation procedure.
This happened in April- I was promise jobs - from someone else at
this place and she never followed through
I found out that agency said no to unemployment- I told the
arbitrator the whole truth and he said I need note from dr stating I
was sick- I called and dr will be in next week
I don't know if it is worth it all
I apply all the time and resume on line
What do others think of this ?
