made it 12 hours.... and then all that I did before caught up, I didn't use a different coping mechanism. so I start over on time, but I have a lot of beliefs that could be false that I need to go through. And if I can't prove it false, I'll post here for some help to disprove the beliefs that I don't like, or I think could be false. I just hope some of you will help, especially since I haven't set up a therapy time for like 2.5 weeks.
