Here in the UK, I haven't heard of rating health (or any other) professionals. Some Ts have testimonials on their websites (positive of course!) but other than that I've not come across it. I find it hard to imagine how it would work- some days I would describe my T as the best T in the world, but when she's upset me?... It's probably best I can't rant about her in a way that identifies her

I say that slightly tongue in cheek, but I do think that the T relationship is complex and from PC we can see that people's 'ratings' of their Ts very much depend on their own state of mind, how things are going in the T relationship etc... It also feels very complex because I think my T is fab, but I don't want anyone else to know who she is, and what if I and others rated her highly so she got lots more clients and didn't have time for me?... Or if I read about her doing things, or being a certain way with others, that she doesn't do with me? It could be very very triggering.
Of course, there will be clients who have 'grown up' relationships with their Ts for whom none of these factors are an issue, but I do think that the T relationship brings out all kinds of complexities we don't generally experience with other professionals.
