Is there anyway that you can hire a babysitter for one day per week, or set something up with someone in your family so that you have something to look forward to on the stressful days to get you through?

If you don't have the funds, you can contact social services and they can help arrange something.

It sounds like you do a great job, and would do even better if you had an escape from time to time.
