I developed severe hyponatremia (low blood sodium) from trileptal. The nausea is one of the symptoms. You shouldn't stay on it for 2 more weeks without getting the bloodwork done.
Re: the Seroquel XR, you are only supposed to take it in the evening before bed...good sleep and no daytime tiredness.
