Wow! WOWWWWW! WOWWWWWWWWIEEEEEEE! Congrats BP!!! You are gonna make it... and San Jose sounds like a great place to live. Ya know... sometimes stepping into something below your ability helps during an adjustment period and then when they realize your ability you can be promoted more quickly.
