please remember that while you're being faced with "evidence", you are my friend and cared about by so many. you do not change to us...not ever. we care. you care...no matter what. there are some things that don't change, dear one. that's what i find so beautiful about all like us...we've been changed, but with some things never change.

no matter where you're at or what you do, you stop in your tracks to be there as much as possible for someone who needs you. bottom line...that's beautiful.

so while you're "remembering" and facing "evidence", allow us to give you some things to help you to even it out somewhat. you're not defined by what might be going on right now.
