Just curious.....was night time mostly the time of day in the past that you had urges to cut?
Just wondering if the time of day in itself may be your trigger. I know when certain things happened at a specific time of day for me, that time of day would end up triggering the feelings.....just like the fall feel in the air triggers my PTSD feelings.
