I'm just keeping going right, now, on a hypomania for a while now, 3 or 4 weeks.
It feels like its peaking, been on one ALL day.
Went to work, got back, 1hr workout (given my fitness level, i'm not sure how that was possible), washed up, the washing for my whole house (6 people, and i'm one of the kids!) SPRING cleaned my room, we're talking hoovering and all sorts, watched Burlesque and tried to copy the dancing.
Now i dont know what to do now, if i stop is it gone? I'm starting to feel an emptiness creeping on, and i feel i need stuff to do to prevent that, what happens when i stop having things to do?
