I could sure use some of your extra energy! Could you send some out here across the pond??

But seriously...it sounds like it might be a good idea to try to slow down just a bit. It doesn't have to be all out straight or bleak and empty - you could take to your nice, newly cleaned room with a cup of herbal tea and listen to some soothing music, or write in a journal, or maybe try to meditate or do some breathing exercises. You can still be "doing things" without adding fuel to the fire and spinning higher and higher and risk going into a full-blown mania. Above all, don't forget to breathe. After a while, I start to feel out of breath just sitting still when I'm manic - like there's a motor revving inside just on its own. Try to slow that down a bit.

And once you're done doing all of that....some sleep might be just the thing....
