Last night I couldn't take my Ambien and I didn't sleep at all. It was such a long night! I had ECT this morning so of course I was under anesthesia and the hang over usually means I sleep when I get home. Not today. I laid there for two hours and no sleep at all. All I can hope for is that when I take the Ambien tonight that I can get some sound sleep. Then Thursday night no Ambien again because of ECT on Friday. I hate it when I can't take my sleeping pills.
