He is out on bail because someone gave him the money to I guess, he wont stay out for long. He will have a ton of kiddie porn changes against him that is enough to send him away for a long time.

He has pleaded not guilty for the sexual abuse, but I don't think that will pan out, he'll go away.

No the mother wasn't rough, she was just more clueless, and I think unnerved.. it's a long story with her. The kids went off to social services, but I believe she has them back now. But the abuser cannot have any contact with the kids, or her.
