Mornings are the worst for me. Do others feel that way? Today, I got out of bed after roughly 4-5 hours of sleep (just started an AD). Friends talked me into going for a 30 power walk and I did that. Felt pretty good. Came home and read for a while (I'm on sick leave from work right now) and then started 3 loads of laundry.

After that, I went to the gym and did a 50 minute circuit training class. I've been experiencing the tingling and numbness from anxiety and haven't had that for 2 days and today it came back! Why, if I've kept myself so busy all day, would it come back again? The sensations then make me more anxious!

My friends tell me that they see a change in me for the better but I'm feeling so sad and alone tonight. I always anticipate bedtime and how I can't sleep and it makes things worse. Thank goodness I don't have to get up for work right now because I would be a basket case.

Sorry, I'm rambling but my mood seems to be jumping around all over the place today. Is that normal?
