Um... Candy... I praying for the best for you... but... when I worked for the State of California Human Resources, one of the qualifiers was that you were willing, able and ready to go to work full time right on the spot! Of course, this was in CA and some 30 yrs ago so don't hold me to it. I'm thinking they're going to suggest you go for Disability or Workman's Comp. Did your leg injury happen while you were on the time clock??

I would suggest you go to the Welfare Dept. and file for General Relief. They give you a minimal amount for rent and food stamps. Here in CA, you have to pay it back when you either go to work or get on Disability.

It's not my intention to bring you down, but two things; I'm not one for building false hopes and I've been that route before.

Nevertheless, I'll be praying for you tomorrow at the specified time.
