I woke up at 5:30am today and couldn't get back to sleep...and today I only took about an hour nap. Ugh!
It's quarter to 10pm now, and I'm exhausted, and completely ready for bed, but I'm afraid that if I go to bed now, I'll wake up super early again tomorrow.
My sleep cycle has just been so wonky this entire week, and I know it's important to keep it regular, so I'm not entirely sure what to do.
I guess I'm rambling now...it's been a long day...
