My love & prayers are with you during this time. I know how hard & exhausting is was for you. I know how much it took out of me being with my Mother 24/7 while she was in the hospital & mostly with her when I finally was able to get her into the care facility with the hospice care at the end. I am so glad you had all the support you had with you because I can tell you how hard it is to go it completely alone.

I pray that the strength of your family & friends will help you all through this time. There are never the right words to say like "he's in a better place now", "he is no longer in pain", however the reality is that he will be missed by all of you & it hurts to miss any family member or friend that we loose even if we know they are "better off'" now. I pray for your strength to go through the grief process. It is not easy & it is very personal......everyone goes through those feelings at their own time & in their own way. I am still going through those feelings but that is probably because I am still going through the trauma I went through at the same time I was going through the knowledge & the time that my Mother died.
