Anyone else have days where they don't want to be alone, but the last thing they want to do is drag any of their friends/loved ones through bipolar-induced drama?
I feel so emotional high-strung, but I'm so tired of being "the friend who always has issues".
Where's the middle ground? Where is a solution that works?
I'm pretty sure that even my dog is tired of me..... and I don't blame her.
