Well, it's now morning and I had a TERRIBLE night. I hardly slept at all and I feel just awful. I'm shaky and anxious and feel the the world is caving in on me. I just took .5 mg of Ativan and will take my AD shortly.

To make matters worse, there is a full-blown snowstorm happening outside and it's very dreary.

I just want to feel good again...all I have is a sick feeling in my pit of my stomach....
