Hi beckelhymer and Welcome to PC! I agree with sunrise - I think you should see someone and describe your symptoms to them. If you're like me and forget things or get frustrated when you're in the doctor's office, you could write things down as you think of them and then hand the list to the doctor when you get there.
The irritation, anger, and intolerance that you describe could be symptoms of many different, separate things, or it could be a combination of things that are bothering you. I hope you begin to feel better soon. Please keep us posted.
