Have you considered taking up a sport? I male basketbal, swimmingl and other leagues there is a lot of camraderie, slapping of butts, pats on the back for a good shot, etc. It those contexts, such touch is acceptable. It might be an acceptable way of meeting your need for male acceptance and touch.
