Ugh, my marriage was just like your parents & I know it was horrible for our daughter. I hid out in my career most of the time to stay away from fighting with my husband.

I know that after 33 years of being married to him, I finally left & have been so very happy since that point & get along so much better with our daughter. I felt trapped awhile because of so much debt & the house not being worth what we paid, so there wasn't any money if we did divorce.....sadly, parents can want out but financially end up being trapped. Know it's a horrible place for you to be.....but isolate your self from the fighting as much as you possibly can & don't do like some children who blame themselves for their parents fighting because it has nothing to do with the children.

I am sorry that you are going through this....I understand what it's like from the horrible marriage side & the fighting, but also being sensitive to how it did effect our daughter without really being able to do anything about it.
