Oh my goodness, I am sorry to hear about it. It might be insomnia, I'm not 100% sure. You could other things to help you sleep. Listen to relaxing videos and whispering videos on Youtube. These help me be sleepy for sleep. Have a bath before bedtime, read a book. When you try to sleep, do some deep breathing. Breath in and then breath out slowly. Imagine something relaxing. I think of being on a rollercoaster and that helps me put me to sleep and I think of random stuff in my head. I hope this helps. If these don't work, If I were you I would go to your doctor
