A good vanilla is true to my heart, goes with everything. I really love all kinds of ice cream though, am up for trying different kinds, and something new each time. Also depends on what I'm in the mood for, as with most things. One of the most memorable was a long time ago though; I had a cinnamon ice cream once at a university creamery, have not seen it since, but it was delicious. Another favorite is like an almond joy bar: choc ice cream with coconut and almonds. There's nothing better to me after going to the beach though than the fruit ones: mango, raspberry, banana nut, or a blueberry cream. Or if really splurging, even a scoop of the almond joy with banana nut, yum.
