No, I've never tried anything like that at all. My only way to get away from the anger was to escape to the forest but I live in town now and I have no way to get to the sanctuary of the trees.
Your idea sounds like a good one. I'm sitting here imagining what my apartment neighbors would think if they heard me screaming! lololol!!!!
