If you ultimately have trouble with this courtcase, or decide to go a different direction or whatever....getting medications through the manufacturer's patient assistance programs (if you're eligible) may give you more security. Your doctors would have to help you apply, and you'd have to fill out some forms, but it may be a more reliable source than what you're experiencing presently. I would be willing to bet that Imitrex is available that way. If you're on other medications, they might be available through patient assistance programs as well.
