I'm sorry these feelings are overwhelming you. Just try to distract yourself from them...I think thats the best thing to do until you are able to work through them with therapy, and still be safe. I'm there with you though, and I have completely relapsed into cutting...and its just added more to whats already there. It helps in the moment, but then I have to deal with the guilt over it, and hiding it, and hating myself for not being strong. It's such a hard cycle, but I know you can fight this.
