What strategies do you use when you start feeling this way? I have to focus on my loved ones and stay busy with other things to keep my mind off how I feel about myself and my condition. I know it can seem overwhelming, but having lived with this, we are strong and resilient. I like to think that I am, in a way, stronger and more resilient, even, than most people without BP, because they haven't lived with the fight. You can cope with feelings like this, too. Give yourself credit, you are strong deep down, just right now you need to rejuvenate. You'll get through.
