hey guys, lately(past 3 weeks) my sleep schedule has been totally destroyed.. ive been going to bed at 3-6am, waking up at 3-5pm(weekdays) or not sleeping for a night, and then sleeping again till 3pm or so.. ive been using sleeping pills, staying up for a whole day and trying to "reset" my sleep cycle but nothing has been working.. ive been feeling tired all the time, regardless if ive slept that day or not.

im not sure what exactly is wrong, just wondering if anyone is going through something similar or what not..
