if i tried breathing techniques id be breathing all day 22/7 hahahahahahah (as I only sleep about 2 hrs per night)
THE only thing that helps is anti depressants. ive been on them for 5 years now. i came off of them for a brief stint in may til just 2 weeks ago and really couldnt handle it so had to go back on them and going back on them has ceased it and im back to non anxious and sleeping again.
I just wondered if it was part of the bpd or if i had a separate anxiety disorder,,, i didnt really find out from the pdocs... i was in too much of a state to enquire!!
