The "beautiful woman" is the one giving the letter writer grief. He says it's "never her", it's always him who is at fault. So, yes, I repeated a joke told to this lonely old lady by a disgruntled married man - not exactly PC (nor politically correct!) but supportive of the male partner in this r/s and his attitude. Don't make him post in the For men only section to get a little sympathy!
