I have called them a few times and it did help me change my mind about how i was feeling at that point in time. Just someone to listen to you when ur so low is helpful.

They are sympathetic ive nvr experienced anyone being rude or ignorant to me and that kind of attitude shouldnt be tolerated. A vunerable person is going to be feeling awful as it is and that attitude would have sent me completely over the edge.
