Actually, I just googled this so you don't have to explain it to me now.

I still have a question though....

How do you know that his conditions are 100% genetic? According to the paper I looked over online, it states that this syndrome is not always genetic. In fact, it states that it is more often a random event.

I'm just curious how you are so sure that this person's 22q11.2 DS was inherited from his parents?
