Sannah.... yes, I have to be mentally healthy to get off the suppression to release my degree from hiding. (in other words... I have to be in good standing with the university to get my degree.)

Just when I think I'm doing well... I give in... 1.5 weeks of not giving in.... GRRR. but I do need to implement exercise into my day... some how with work... and going out of town.... this could get interesting.
