u can go to judge judy's website and state yr case. http://www.judgejudy.com/ upper right hand corner "submit your case". she travels around the U.S. to tape shows. her verdict stands up and if you win-which i believe u will- you get an award plus he will have to pay your court costs on the show.
take photos and any documents/checks you have, save. also u only have 5 yrs. to recover yr money. good luck on being repaid.
