Unfortunately no medication is right for everyone as you know. They all have different profiles and some of the side effects listed don't even occur to some people. It's all about risk/reward. I'm on medication (and increasing) for the rest of my life because without it I can't function at all So the risk of all the side effects from my cocktail is outweighed by the rewards (ability to function).

The best thing to do is talk with your doctor about the profile of each medicine and you can decide which side effect profile is the one that you feel will have the least impact. Also it's about hoping that that medicine is the one that works too.
