So I finallt upgrade to a new phone and transfer my contacts and then realize there is no transference of my old pics as well. This is upsetting because many of them have sentimental value to me. So I call customer service and they ask if I have an lp card, which I don't and then I'm told to go online to get more help and I can't find anything. The search results comes up with nothing to help me out, they just keep directing me to some 'pix place' which doesn't help me all it does is help set up an account for picture messaging. Argh! So effin annoying! Damn it. That's all, had to vent.
