Agreed. Yes, you should apologize. Yes, he's more than likely angry. He got stuck cleaning up your mess, after he tried to get you to not drink, at which point you became probably rude and annoying (I can only assume as I haven't read Girl, Interrupted in a long time). Not to mention he was probably looking forward to actually spending time with you since you haven't seen him in awhile. Definitely apologize. Heck, take him out for lunch and apologize.
