i would agree with a lot of what's already been said, and will add that i think it's actually
ourselves that we "care about so much." we go to therapy for us, to share our lives with our therapists, and then
they are the one holding it all. but it's "what," or rather "who," they are holding that we really care about.
that being said, i also definitely think this is true:
