I'm struggling - big time - with a memory which came back to me in September and I didn't deal with it so now it is back againand I am realising all sorts of horrible stuff. I feel dirty, bad and like I got it all wrong. I've just realised some of thie implications of what happened and how the incident has affected me. Hanging on there till Wednesday when I see my therapist and hope to be able to process some of this.
