I haven't really had a similiar experience but I can give some feedback I think.
If you are feeling ok without therapy right now, that's great. Just because T is back doesn't mean you have to rush yourself back in to treatment. I can understand how if she reached out first and initiated to invite you back it, it would be hard to refuse.
Try to accept it is what it is right now. She may call tomorrow, or in a month, or let it be completely up to you. And that's ok. Do what you need in this moment to take care of yourself, and let the other things fall into place. And remind yourself if/when you need T, she's there.
