I called yesterday. The first lady listened and was supportive. I was in really bad shape. She referred my to a local nuber that was supposed to be a center I could go to. I called that number. Turns out it was just another call center but the man was very good. I was able to pull it together. I called because my efforts to find a psychiarist are failing. Everyone is booked until sept. I don't think I can wait that long. This morning I woke up crying and tried to find somewhere to go. No luck, so I finally asked about the 10th person, what do yyou do if the person is in need of immediate assistance. She said go to the hospital.
