Maybe you could do the same with your meds??? Buy some cheap dollar-store brand, save the wrapper and *presto* overseas medication concealment! (just goin' out on a limb here...)

It's not good to go off your meds cold turkey, even just for a week or so. It may screw you up even more than the jet lag!
