welcome dreamwolf  . i'm glad u're here. sounds like your mom broke your trust and now it's hard to trust anyone cause u're afraid it may happen with someone else. your thoughts and opinions are yours to say. it doesn't matter if ppl agree with us or not. your thoughts/said are yours and yours alone. maybe practice opening up with some close friends. that may reinforce the fact that everyone is not like your mom. if it were me i'd tell her how it made me feel when she blabbed.
