I overheard my mum talking to a neighbour about me it really hurt.
I don't think they realise what they are doing.

I remember taking a phone call for my daughter and saying in all innocence that she was in the loo would you like to hold. She had a fit at me for telling this boy she was in the loo. Needless to say I never made that mistake again.
