Its 1.40am and im wrecked i cant sleep at all im so tired. I hardly walk around during the a=day because ive no energy from not sleeping. When it gets 2 around 7 in the evening i get so tired i sleep for bout 20 mins then im awake again i just fall asleep at this time. Im just so tired and i cant sleep ive tired sleeping tablets but they dont work and my doctor is reluctant to give them out which is right anyway. I dnt no what to do. I dont lie around all day so why cant i sleep
