Bless your heart ~ I know how you feel. Wanting to "get back" at him is only NORMAL -- but you're much too adult to follow thru with it. I applaud you for this -- so many would stoop to his level.
You're letting him live RENT FREE in your head!!  Don't give him this power over you. If you continue to let him bother you like this, he WILL have won. He isn't worthy of your suffering -- he has too many problems of his own, and if he doesn't want to get help, there is nothing you can do about it. Chances are good that he's treated many people like this -- and that's why he's "after" you -- you're the only one he has left !!!
Don't buy into those horrible things that he said. You KNOW in your head & heart that they aren't true. So just consider this "relationship" over -- and go on with things. You'll be better for it. Ignore his childish messages -- and take care of YOU. God bless. Hugs, Lee
