WHOA! Not sure about ^^^^all that.

I do know that the key ingredient in aerobic exercise it breathing! That there are those who do ONLY breathing exercises to keep weight down. That it's the loaded cells of oxygen that cause them to work properly.

Weight bearing exercise does help the bones, and builds muscle faster (which in turn burn more calories) but I've to go the breathing route I think....
